I was previously on starhub broadband and since the contract has ended, I decided to sign on with Singnet. After doing all the research. I was convinced that a dedicated broadband speed will be better than a shared one. The moment that I signed on with Singtel, I really regretted my decision. So much hassle for the set up and more importantly, the speed was really very slow. No where near the 10 mbps that I subscribe. Sigh! Singnet sent 3 techinicians down but the problem was still not resolved. Within the next 2 weeks, surfing has never been such a painful experience. Even after I came out from the shower, the browser will still be loading. Imagine the frustration! Not to mention that the browser was one with text and I am not even playing games online. Arghhhhhh.
In any case, I hv terminated my broadband with Singet and now sign on with Starhub. If not for starhub, I probably will not even blog abt this experience here. HAHAHA :))
